Data deletion.

You can request deletion of all data austa holds about you and your connected Instagram account at any time. There are two routes: an automatic one through Instagram, and a manual one by email. Both end with the same result.

Automatic

1. Open Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → Active
2. Find austa and tap Remove
3. Meta notifies us, and we delete your data within 30 days

Manual

Email support@austa.in from the address tied to your austa account, subject line “Data deletion request”. We acknowledge within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your user record (email, name)
• Your Instagram connection (access token, profile info)
• All automation rules you've configured
• Logged events and actions associated with your account
• Active sessions

What is retained

For tax and accounting compliance, we retain a record of past payments (amount, date, invoice number) for the period required by law, with personally identifying fields redacted.
